24.62. Die (wahren) Gläubigen sind ja diejenigen, die an Allah und Seinen Gesandten glauben und, wenn sie bei ihm in einer für alle wichtigen Angelegenheit ver sammelt sind, nicht eher weggehen, als bis sie ihn um Erlaubnis gebeten haben. Diejenigen, die dich um Erlaubnis bitten, das sind diejenigen, die an Allah und Seinen Gesandten glauben. Wenn sie dich nun wegen manch eines eigenen Anliegens um Erlaubnis bitten, so gib Erlaubnis, wem von ihnen du willst. Und bitte Allah um Vergebung für sie, denn gewiß, Allah ist Allvergebend und Barmherzig.
3.32. Qul atiiAAuu Allaha waalrrasuulafa-in tawallaw fa-inna Allaha la yuhibbu alkafiriina
3.32. Say: Obey Allah and the messenger. But if they turn away, Lo! Allah loveth not the disbelievers (in His guidance). (Pickthall)

Tafsir von Maududi für die Ayaat 31 bis 32
O Prophet, tell the people, "If you sincerely love Allah follow me; then will Allah love you and forgive your sins, for He is Forgiving and Merciful. " Also say to them, "Obey Allah and His Messenger." And if, in spite of this, they do not accept your invitation, (warn them that) Allah dces not love those who refuse to obey Him and His Messenger. ( 28 )
Desc No: 28 Here the first discourse ends. If We consider its theme, and especially its reference to the Battle of Badr, we come to the conclusion that the probable period of the revelation of this was some time after the Battle of Badr and before the Battle of Uhd, that is 3 A.H. A tradition of Muhammad bin Ishaq has generally misled people to fix the period of the revelation of the first 80 verses to 9 A.H., for according to that tradition it was sent down on the occasion of the deputation from Najran. But obviously, that is wrong for two reasons: first, the subject of this introductory discourse shows clearly that it was revealed much earlier. Second, the tradition of Mugatil-bin-Sulaiman is explicit on the point that on the occasion of the said deputation only those verses (33-63) were revealed which give an account of John the Baptist and Jesus (God's pe ace be upon them).
